"Unprofessional behaviour when it comes to billing. They want to keep a grey room in billing so that later it can be used in their favour. The total of items in the bill was not tying up. On asking to correct the total, they complete refuse and I had to take my cloths back."

"I had a good experience with them until I gave my blankets for dry-cleaning. First time when they were handed over to us after dry-cleaning, there was a lot of dust in those blankets. I showcased the same to Aman and he promised to do it again with NO COMPLAIN GUARANTEED after correction. Second time when he came back with the same, he mentioned that he has double-checked at his site and there is no dust now. To my surprise, in front of him, we both saw the dust in it again. I asked him -"What could we done now as our experience was getting really bad ?" He simply denied saying that he can do nothing now. My point is "Why did, the first time, you made a promise to correct the fault that was created by your team?? He simply denied to correct his fault again and also did not utter even once to return my money. Instead he said "Aap kahin bh karalo aur, ye aise h rahega. Isse jyada m kuch nh kar sakta". I am surely not going back to him now. Thank you for your kind service."
